- Step 3Choose your routeYou can choose routes recommended by the best guides or create your own routes with the best suggestions from artificial intelligence
- Step 4Listen to audios and watch videosAt each point on the map, you can choose between audios and/or videos created by the best selected guides

Kankoo is compatible with most iOS and Android devices. Requires iOS 11.0 or later and Android 6.0 or later. We recommend using a device with at least 2GB of RAM for an optimal experience.
Kankoo offers a free version with access to basic tours and features. We also offer a premium subscription that unlocks all advanced features, including exclusive tours and augmented reality functions. Check our pricing section for more details.
Simply select your location in the app and Kankoo will show you a list of available tours in your area. We are constantly expanding our database to include more cities and destinations.
You will need an internet connection to download tours and maps. However, once downloaded, you can access many of our tours and maps offline.
All guides are carefully selected and their contents are reviewed to ensure accurate information and enriching experiences. We value the authenticity and quality of information.
We strive to make Kankoo accessible to everyone. The app includes accessibility features such as audio narrations for visually impaired people and subtitles for people with hearing disabilities.
After completing a tour, you will have the option to leave a review. You can also send us your suggestions through the contact section in our app or website.
Kankoo uses advanced encryption technology to protect your personal and payment data. The privacy and security of our users is an absolute priority.
Currently, Kankoo is available in English and Spanish. We are working to include more languages in the near future.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
